Refund and return policy

Gantessa Urban is a marketplace representing several different manufacturing merchant shops. We are a made to order business, which means as soon as you place the order, we will get to work producing it for you and for that reason, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods. To find out more about this policy, please shoot us an email. If you have a discrepancy in your order we will refund you for any issue you might have.

Email us at [email protected] right away so we can inform

the designated warehouse about it. This especially applies to orders that are currently In process. This way, the item will not be printed and ship out.

If you already have the item but you decide you do not want it, then we will issue a refund and you must return the item back to the warehouse. Please email us at [email protected] for the appropriate address to send the product back.

If you order the wrong size, color or item, you can return the item to our warehouse and we will send a replacement. It’s best to add also a note inside with the name, Order ID and the requested item’s color and size. (This is to inform the warehouse right away when they check the package received.)

If you inform us you have received incorrect order, let our support team know immediately. Please obtain proof of wrong item sent, such as color of shirt, damages, size or item. A picture of the actual item received is good proof for us to examine and to send to the printer. As such, it must be sent to us not later than a week after receiving the item. Rest assured, we will send a replacement for free so you will not have to pay for shipping.
